Mellonn has developed the Mellonn platform using AI technology to deliver transcription. We use automated speech-to-text algorithms to generate accurate transcripts. Our app is maintained to provide the following services (hereinafter referred to as services):
· Upload audio files to our app.
· Automatically creates transcripts of audio files.
· Linking the transcript with the relevant audio content.
· Our editor on the app allows you to easily edit the relevant transcript.
· A variety of ways to export and share content.
Mellonn reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Users of Mellonn are advised to review the current terms of use, which as the latest version are binding.
Mellonn offers new customers a free trial of automatic transcription. If you are a new user signing up for the Mellonn platform for the first time, you have one (1) period of transcription (up to 00:15:00 minutes) added to your account.
These credits can be used for automatic transcripts to an audio file that is no longer than the credit in your account (ie 00:15:00 minutes). You do not have to enter your payment details to obtain the free trial period. Please note that once you have exceeded the 00:15:00 minute credit, the platform will request your additional payment.
When your free trial for automatic transcription ends, you will pay for your use. You will automatically be charged for how much you have to pay each time you upload an audio file for transcription. The amount is calculated as follows, where the full amount must be paid before the audio file is sent for automatic transcription:
· Automatic pr. 00:15:00 minutes of use: the price will be calculated automatically, based on each quarter started (00:15:00 minutes) in the audio file. Ie. if the audio file lasts 00:17:00 minutes, the price will be for 00:30:00 minutes. The current price per. quarter (00:15:00 minutes) will be available in the app at checkout and Mellonn reserves the right to change it without notice.
Each user is allowed to have one (1) active Mellonn account. Mellonn reserves the right to refuse the creation of duplicate accounts to the same user. In cases where duplicate accounts are registered, we have the right to deactivate these duplicate accounts without notification.
To ensure that our customers are familiar with our product and its quality, we offer a 15-minute free trial of our software for automatic transcripts / subtitles. We therefore do not offer refunds based on the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the end product. If a technical error occurs, Mellonn will do everything possible to resolve the issue, or compensate for any lost transcription time.
