Most places inside Mellonn Speak, we have placed button to provide feedback. This feedback can either be about something you like in the app, or if you unfortunately experience problems, we're not all perfect!
If you should need to provide feedback inside the app, you can follow these short steps to do so.
- When you click a button saying either "Report issue" or "Give feedback", it will open a new page.
- On this page, you can enter a message (up to 500 characters), in this message please try and keep it as short and concise as possible.
- You don't have to tell, where in the app you're writing from, this is registered when you send the message.
- Don't provide any personal or potential discriminating information.
- Tell us what problem you're experiencing, or what you would like to tell us.
- You can tell us wether you would like us to email you, if we have further questions.
- This is turned on by default.
- If you turn this off, we will receive the message, but won't be able to see who sent it.
- If you leave this on, you agree to the fact that Mellonn can contact you, on the email you use for your account.
- You can not press the green button saying either "Report issue" or "Give feedback". Your message will then be sent to us, and we will take a look at it as soon as possible.
