While listening to the recording, you can change who's speaking by either overwriting what the AI thinks, or by doing it by yourself.
There's two ways to edit the speakers:
1. Highlighting text
When selecting text inside a chat bubble, the option to select who said the highlighted text, will appear.
- To change it, highlight some text within a chat bubble, and select the appropriate speaker.
- Click the save button, and watch the magic happen. The transcription will be updated, this can take a bit of time, but shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds.
2. Edit while listening
- While listening you can jump back and forward with either the progress bar, or the back and forward button on either side of the play/pause button.
- The amount the back and forward buttons will jump can be change in the setting, the default is three seconds. This can be set to 1-10 seconds.
- While listening to the recording you can change who's speaking, by pressing the number of speaker. The orange button is the one that is currently speaking.
- If you want the app to automatically move the current speaker according to the AI result, you can activate the "Auto switch speaker", this is on by default.
- When you’ve made changes to the speakers, a “Cancel” and “Save” button will appear underneath the speaker chooser. To save you just have to press save, and it will apply the changes.
